Colorado State University courses:
BZ433: Behavioral Genetics
Every fall, I teach an upper division class on behavioral genetics. Our objective is to understand how genetic differences among animals alter morphology & physiology to influence behavior. This discussion-based class relies on sources from the primary literature and delves into real- world issues for current research.
BZ480/580: Biological Basis of Behavior
This experimental course covers neurobiology, neuroendocrinology, and functional morphology relevant to understanding natural behaviors. Our next iteration will include a laboratory component with multi-week modules dedicated to ongoing research in our lab.
